The Fairy Tale I expansion set adds Fairy Dust to the game.
If a Fairy Tale Thing has a Reserve in the game, then at the start of the game, Fairy Dust is sprinkled on SOME OF the other Creatures in the game. Some games may have more Fairy Dust than others.
Instead of Resources, Fairy Tale Things can only be Acquired using Fairy Dust.
Each time you Acquire a Creature that was sprinkled with Fairy Dust, you gain that one Fairy Dust. Eventually, you will have enough Fairy Dust to Acquire a Fairy Tale Thing.
