The Irish expansion set brings in the Pot O' Gold game element.
Whenever a Thing that has an ability that deals with Gold Nuggets is in the game, a Pot O' Gold is added.
The Pot O' Gold is filled a predetermined number of Gold Nuggets. As you gain Gold Nuggets, the number available in the Pot O' Gold is reduced by that amount. When the Pot O' Gold is reduced to 0 Gold Nuggets, no more Gold Nuggets can be gained.
The formula for the starting number of Gold Nuggets is 15 + 5 times the number of types of things dealing with Gold Nuggets.
Each Gold Nugget is worth 1 Honor at the end of the game. Additionally, the player with the most Gold Nuggets gets 5 extra Honor.
